Roberta Brown Brugo, RN, LMT

Roberta Brown Brugo, RN, is a certified Healing Touch practitioner and serves as the Healing Touch volunteer program coordinator at Greenwich Hospital. As a licensed massage therapist, she also provides massage therapy to post-partum patients. Roberta is a Kripalu-certified yoga teacher. She is also certified in “Prepare for Surgery, Heal Faster”, a mind/body program and offers one-on-one workshops.

Roberta is dedicated to cultivating a safe, nurturing and sacred space for her patients’ physical, emotional and spiritual healing. She is committed to preventive and integrative medicine and facilitating others in their process of learning to relax utilizing the healing potential of yoga, stress management and bodywork techniques.
