Erica Christ, MS, RD, CDE, Nutrition Services Manager

Erica Christ is the manager of Greenwich Hospital’s Outpatient Nutrition Services. Ms. Christ is a registered dietitian and certified diabetes educator who specializes in weight management, disease prevention and sports nutrition. She has a master’s degree in Exercise Physiology and Nutrition from Columbia University, and has earned special certificates of training in adult weight management and pediatric and adolescent weight management from the American Dietetic Association. She is also trained in functional nutrition through the Institute for Functional Medicine.

Ms. Christ believes that physical activity is a vital component of weight management. In this regard she is a certified health and fitness instructor through the American College of Sports Medicine. She teaches Pilates and spinning at various health facilities
